• The Service does NOT provide professional financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice.
• AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or hallucinated data.
• No fiduciary relationship is created between you and Quorum or its operators.

2. No Reliance

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You will NOT rely solely on any output from this Service to make financial, investment, tax, or legal decisions.
• You should consult with qualified, licensed professionals before making any financial decisions.
• Any action you take based on information from this Service is at your own risk.
• Past performance data, market analysis, and projections generated by the Service are not guarantees of future results.

3. User-Provided Information

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUORUM AND ITS OPERATORS, DEVELOPERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

7. Indemnification

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or compromise the Service.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, fraudulent, or misleading to others.
